One Account Only
Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, identity document, or payment method is prohibited.
Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any information changes in the future, update your profile immediately or notify the support team. ht999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is ৳100. Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for any payment method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.
Important Withdrawal Conditions
Please keep the following in mind before submitting a withdrawal request:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account that was used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
- Before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

Welcome Bonus
ht999 gives new members a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000
Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
General Bonus Rules
- An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
- There may be a time limit for using a bonus — details will be stated on the relevant offer page.
- ht999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Membership Program
Bronze Level
Entry level for active players. At this level you can earn up to 0.4% cashback per week.
Silver Level
Intermediate level for regular players. At this level you can earn up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Gold Level
Premium level for the most active players. At this level you can earn up to 1.2% cashback per week.
VIP Terms & Conditions
- VIP levels are calculated automatically; no separate application is required.
- A user's VIP level may go up or down depending on their activity.
- Cashback is generally paid once per week.
- ht999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ht999 platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of associated funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information
- Abusing the bonus system, strategic bonus hunting, or attempting to deceive the system
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Making deposits from illegal sources of funds or engaging in money laundering activities
- Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
- Operating an account or depositing and withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party

Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure by User
You may request to close your ht999 account at any time. Withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account. After the account is closed, bonuses or pending wagering will be cancelled.
Closure by ht999
ht999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these terms, fraud or suspicious activity, providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
ht999 bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:
- Loss due to internet disconnection or technical failure of the user's device
- Loss resulting from the user's account information being disclosed to a third party
- Financial loss arising from game outcomes
- Inconvenience caused by service downtime during platform maintenance or updates
- Delays due to errors by third-party software or payment providers
