Responsible Gaming at ht999 — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming is for fun — not for problems. At ht999 we make sure every player can enjoy themselves safely within their own limits.
Why We Care About Responsible Gaming
ht999 believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment. It is not a way to solve financial problems — it is an opportunity for fun and excitement. We want every one of our users to play consciously and responsibly, and we never want gaming to have a negative impact on their personal or family life.
Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy online casinos and sports betting for entertainment. To ensure their experience stays positive at all times, ht999 provides several protection tools and guidelines. Please read the information below carefully — it is for you and the people you care about.
Only people aged 21 or older may open an account and play at ht999. We follow a strict age verification process to keep minors away from gaming.
Building Healthy Gaming Habits
Before each session, ask yourself — how much time and money will I spend today? Set a budget and make a firm commitment not to exceed it. Losing in a game is normal — placing even larger bets to recover those losses is never the solution.
At ht999 you can set a deposit limit on your account at any time. This lets you cap the maximum amount you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Use this feature — it will help you stay within your budget.
Self-Exclusion and Time-Out
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can use ht999's time-out feature to temporarily close your account for a set period. For a longer-term break, you can choose the self-exclusion option, where you can request to have your account access blocked for a specific duration.
Contact our support team directly for self-exclusion or a time-out. Our live chat and email support are active 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Protecting Family and Loved Ones
If any member of your family is a minor, use parental control software on your device to prevent them from accessing gaming sites. Never share your login details with anyone else. An ht999 account is always for personal use only.

Simple Strategies for Playing Responsibly
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Set an alarm or timer so you do not go over time.
Stick to Your Budget
Only spend money whose loss will have no impact on your quality of life. Never use savings or money set aside for essential expenses.
Do Not Play Under Stress
Avoid gaming when you are angry, sad, or anxious. Play only when you are calm and in a normal state of mind.
Take Regular Breaks
Do not play for long stretches without stopping. Take at least a 10-minute break every hour — get up, walk around, drink some water.
